1. Refund Policy

We ask that you carefully review all product information before committing to your purchase. Please look through all photos in detail and make sure the dimensions and sizes fit your lifestyle and personal needs. Every Manifestation Box is handmade, so natural variations will occur, and this adds to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece. We are fully confident that when used correctly, you will experience growth and transformation. All Manifestation Box sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We also do not offer refunds on pre-orders or pre-sale items. For all other items, please email us at etherandalchemyco@gmail.com for assistance. Please note that we typically cannot accept opened or used products for returns.

2. Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us, the customer must contact etherandalchemyco@gmail.com to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee will be required, calculated at the time of reshipping. If you decide you no longer want the shipment, you may request a refund minus the initial shipping cost, even if your order originally qualified for free shipping.

3. My item was damaged or defective — what do I do toexchange it?

We’re sorry your item arrived damaged or defective. Please follow the steps below to request an exchange. (Please note: We do not honor refunds for damaged items — only exchanges.)

Step 1: Take a clear photo of the damaged item.

  • The item must be unused and unopened.
  • Sage bundles cannot be burned.
  • Any signs of use will void the exchange.

Step 2: Email us at etherandalchemyco@gmail.com with:

  • A brief explanation of the damage • Your photo attached
  • Your order number (if available)

Step 3: We will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps to complete your exchange.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within five days of placing your order, please contact us at etherandalchemyco@gmail.com so we can assist you.

5. My order never arrived — what do I do?

If your order shows as delivered but you are unable to locate the package, please contact us at etherandalchemyco@gmail.com for support. We will help you check the tracking history and guide you through next steps.

6. What is the return/exchange window?

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please review our full return policy for complete details.

Final Sale Products – Manifestation Box & Individual Items

The Manifestation Box and all individual ritual products are considered final sale.

We do not accept or offer returns or refunds on our Manifestation Boxes or products unless they are defective or damaged.

We kindly ask that you:
Review all product information before committing to purchase
Carefully look through all photos and videos in detail
Make sure the dimensions, sizes, and product details will work best for your life and suit your personal needs

We are fully confident that, if used correctly, you will experience growth and transformation.
Due to the nature of these products, all Manifestation Box sales and product sales, unless damaged or defective, are final.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges (Non–Final Sale Items)

Typically, we cannot accept opened or used items. Some items cannot be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been used, opened, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect.
If you have received an item (non–final sale) and it has not been used, you may request:
An exchange for a different size or color (if applicable).
You will be responsible for paying return shipping, unless there is a verified manufacturer defect.


How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of your purchase.
You must contact us before sending anything back.

Step 1 – Email Us First
Please email etherandalchemyco@gmail.com to request a return or exchange.
Include:
Your order number
Whether you are requesting a refund or exchange
A brief reason for your return or exchange
Photos, if there is a defect or damage

Do not mail your product back without emailing us first.
Products sent back without email authorization will be refused and will not receive a refund or exchange.

Step 2 – Follow Return Instructions
Once your return or exchange is approved, we will email you:
Our return shipping address
A tracking reference (if applicable)
Any additional instructions needed to process your return or exchange


Shipping Costs & Deductions

If you received free shipping on your order:
The original shipping cost plus the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you paid for shipping:
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Our customer service team will let you know the total amount deducted and your final refund amount once your return is processed.
