At Ether & Alchemy, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping your order with intention and efficiency.

Processing Time

• All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order:

• Once a shipping label has been printed, we are no longer able to change the address.

• You will receive an email notification the moment your label is created.

• At that point, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly to request an address change or to attempt a package redirect.

Thank you for your understanding and for ensuring your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

What if I do not receive my package?

If your tracking number shows delivered, but you have not received your package:

1. Check with neighbors, household members, or your front office to see if the package was delivered elsewhere.

2. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to verify where the package was delivered.

3. Ether & Alchemy is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, so please ensure you are shipping to a safe and secure location.
